2What does a psychiatric consultation appointment involve?
New consultations are 60-90 minutes in length. This visit is designed for the psychiatrist to meet you, develop an understanding of who you are and your unique needs, craft an initial diagnostic assessment, and make a treatment recommendation. Follow up visits are 15-45 mins in length to check in on how your treatment is progressing.

5What is your cancellation policy?
When you make an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you and your doctor to work together. If you need to reschedule your visit, please let us know as soon as possible. Any cancellation or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full rate of the visit at the time of cancellation/rescheduling. No-shows will also be charged the full rate of the visit. If you arrive late for your visit, please note that there may be insufficient time to make a thorough treatment plan and your doctor may request an additional follow-up visit to gather required information.
